JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Jen: the pre-sentencing seeming to take forever, you
sit in the county for at least 3 to 7 days
before this even happens, then you are schacked
and taken to the court house across town for
however long that they decide that they want you
to sit in a lttle pink bathroom locked in
hancuffs until yo see a judge.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Jen: no
JM: What as court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Jen: a vey scary and confusing process, it seems like
they found more charges then was actually there
at the time, and since I had never been in
trouble, it was like they were making an example
out of my case.
